I saw this the other day and was going to start a thread on it, but its already here.
I really liked it. Yeah its propaganda against "ism's" and it clearly defines those ism's right before throwing the bottle and chasing the guy
away.
"When anyone preaches disunity, tries to pit one of us against the other. Through class warfare, race hatred or religious intolerance. You know that
that person seeks to rob us of our freedom and destroy our very lives."
Apparently Harding college is conservative? I'm not sure.
I saw a post about someone saying they see the guys on Fox as being the snake oil salesman. I remember growing up with people constantly calling Rush
all the awful things and even joined in the bashing. Then one day I decided to listen to one of his shows and yes the left totally took his stuff WAY
out of context (for that day, with the left on the next day they took the stories they ranted on out of context), bashes on him a lot and has a total
hatred for him. Then I started questioning all the clips and other texts that the msm had and sure enough 80% of the ones I looked at were out of
context (this was back in '07, I doubt much has changed)
Also I talk to people and we are all nice and friendly, then when politics is brought up and I say I am conservative I get anything but friendliness
back on those from the left. I'm either an idiot for my beliefs or I get pitied for not being informed or just straight up hate on.
So this divide and conquer thing is real and effective (from both sides) I do see some peeps on the right have the same reactions above, but its far
less prevailent
