Well, to be fair... one of them you want to see, the other makes you want eye bleach.

He is in his own home and he responsible believed that no one could see him. The woman, whom is so afraid of penises, was where she didn't belong. He isn't the one in the wrong. The woman's name needs to be made public so she can be humiliated like this poor guy has been.

If I was this guy, I would be making plans as to how I could make this moron of a woman as miserable as I could. But then, this guy is probably nicer than me.

Here is some sanity from Canada. This story is reminiscent of a fellow who was seen masturbating on his couch in his home, by some passerby on the street. He had drawn the shades, but they didn't reach the bottom of the window.

He was arrested, and after being run through the "just-us" system it was found that he had every right in the world to enjoy himself within his property. The Judge ruled that it took effort for the people viewing said person to actually witness him doing his thing, so to speak. So he was found not guilty.

Now as I understand it, if you view someone within their home from public property they may have something to complain about, but once they access your property, for whatever reason, they are on their own and liable for trespassing.

It is retarded that the police would even respond to this kind of thing, but lots of things in America are..different. Personally I hope he is proved innocent and the woman charged for trespassing and whatever else they can get her on.

Read the news stories people. This pervert is being investigated for possible exposing himself to other people as well. Isn't always the case that when one of these perverts gets busted they have some innocent cover story like "my cat downloaded the child porn" or "I was just making coffee naked" Right! Who makes coffee naked in front of an open window with the lights on before the sun is up so that anyone around basically has to see you flopping you stuff around.

And why is everyone down on the citizen who reported it? She did nothing wrong except to protect her kid. I think naked coffee buddy has to man up and admit that he was busted and face the music.

It sounds like the might have been on the "d" word, ya know the one that ends in -rugs.

He was apparently prancing around at 5 am making coffee. the roommates say he was acting weird. Then the cops show up and he says he was asleep. Sounds like he was coming down from an inner "journey" which clothes were not necessary, might have been hungry from the journey and wanted some snacks, then passed out.
