Callendula cream
Coal Tar Soap
Carbolic Soap

Don't try them all at once but the Callendula cream works like magic on those rough spots

Hi fellow Ontarian!

A daily dose of a good quality EPA/DHA (Omega 3 fish oil) supplement also does wonders for the skin.

I used to suffer from dry, scaly skin during the winter months, but not since I started on this regimen.
