I have heard chat is currently malfunctioning for the moment. I am sure it will be fixed soon enough.

I can't access ATS through my original sign on for the life of me. I've tried resetting the password a dozen times, tried three different browsers
and finally created a new account (which won't let me start a thread to ask for help). I keep getting that the password is incorrect, even though I
cut and paste it from the email.
Please, can a mod U2U me and tell me how to resolve this issue?
