I can't help but wonder if the patent they have on creating it to begin with, has anything to do with owning it/you??
Guess I'm just looking for legal/medical advice, or how that could play out?
I know we have a few surgeons/MD's on here anyone know?

Someone has a patent of the swine flu or what? If they do can they be sued for the creation of a dangerous item? A defective item?

I know it was patented, but were does that stop?
Technically if you have the flu you are in control of a patented virus....
So my question is if they own the disease then you contract it, does that give them the right to do with it/ you as they please/need?
