Yes in todays economic atmosphere of no loyalty to employees or employers one needs to be flexible.

I bet two of the largest growing industries is the black market and the illegal drug industry.

I would like to add two other trades.

Auto and heavy equipment mechanic.
Solar electrician/installer

There trades will continue to be good paying and they can not ship the jobs to china or India.

The trick will be keeping up on training as the jobs change with new technology. like electric cars and the new printed thin film solar and the new batteries systems for both.
