Aside from a very useful guide to everyone who has a mortgage and especially for those who have a mortgage in foreclosure, this document is EVIDENCE of explicit illegal activity by JP Morgan Chase and others.

This document is a PRIME example of why TPTB hate the internet. Just 15 years ago, they'd be able to get away with this entirely. They still might be able to if enough people don't do this research and argue their foreclosures in court.
