Well, maybe you're just upset because the president is black.. because the facts remain. Democrats are not communists. It's just stupid to claim that. Just admit you're racist and come clean.....

That statement above has got to be one of the dumbest damn things I have read in a long time... But it shows yet again just how low of character and how low a conviction these socialists have... They know what they believe is nothing short of pure evil, so what do they do if you disagree with them and point out just how disgusting and evil their beliefs truly are... they call you a racist!

That card has been pulled so many times by these evil socialist it means nothing anymore, absolutely nothing!

BTW I will openly admit I Absolutely HATE SOCIALISM with every ounce of my body and soul! I HATE IT! I wonder if that makes me a racist, no no... a terrorist... that's what they'll start calling all who disagree with them next... no no... a racist terrorist... now that sounds scary!

Stop with the name calling, either defend your point of view without calling people names or just sit down and let the grownups talk.

Regarding the OP...

I can't believe these people are openly telling the world they are devote socialist... I believe if these types of speeches and attempted socialist laws continue, we will be in a full blown civil war before the end of President Obama's first term... I hope instead these people realize they are pushing to hard to fast and back off.... They need one more cycle (generation) of life before they can do all they want.... As it stands, if they don't stop war this way comes... That scares me on so many levels, but not nearly has much as living on my knees!

He is not reflecting his past. He is reflecting the present and future of America, Komrade. Da? Niet?

That makes me laugh what good, just so you know. Here I am, thinking to myself that I am far freer than any American, and I live in a Mao-ist dictatorship!

But seriously. Those leaders many in here are spouting about, yeah, they were pretty awful. However, isn't "mao-ist" China the ones holding all your IOU's? Isn't Mao the one who loked you in the face 50 years ago, and said: "Wait and see. We'll industralize so fast, so well, you won't even know what hit you,"? Obviously, they knew how to do it better than you after all. Is that what you're so sore about?

How could anyone think someone who idealizes parts of a leaders regime is some horrible hag witch undeserving of the position she has worked hard to attain? Because, judging by the current results, Mao won. While alot of highly questionable things happened along the way in order to get the system he envisioned in place, he did it. Can Americans truly say, with no doubt in their hearts, that the US today is everything its founding fathers (and mothers) envisioned it to be?

Well, well...with such a philosophy you may go far working for the Obamination Administration. I could picture your resume getting an approving nod from the gatekeeper Ron Emanuel himself. Or should I say hellhound?

What philosophy is that exactly?

We all admire different people, for different reasons. Some people admire Glenn Beck. Others think he is an air-headed doucheball with nothing worthwhile existing in his head. Whatever.
The point of the matter is, we admire traits and dislike traits in individuals. I dislike that Mao achieved his goverment through force and subterfuge. I admire that he crafted a system that worked.
I admire the founding fathers of the US for trying to craft their own system that would benefit all, but I dislike those who still vainly cling to those long past ideals, instead of thinking of new ways to progress and solve problems.
I dislike Obama for not really sticking to his highly prized word, but I admire him for shouldering the responsibilities left by a truly incompetent forebear.
Do you see the difference?
I dislike Glenn Beck becuase I, personallly, don't agree with his ideologies or methods, but I admire those who stick to their convictions. And Beck certainly does that, at the very least.

Ok, just wait till a republican is in office. Good ol Glenn will be singing the fine toon and marching to the beat.

Glenn Beck has very little to do with "reporting"

www.colbertnation.com...

Just sayin'.

I lost all respect for Colbert when i saw that. Was never a huge fan anyway but you could tell he ran out of ideas.

Theres plenty of news reporting going on on all news stations why attack the one guy who is actually searching for truth?(even if he's faking, which i doubt).

I, personally, think Beck is distraught at what's going on around him and is acting this way because of it. Thats how normal people react to this kind of situation.

In a way its funny. Fox News is struggling for ratings and Glenn is currently one of their highest rated shows, quickly catching up to O'reilly.

Im not going to go out on a limb and say Beck is going to save America, but remember he was one of the few news casters to actually support Ron Paul rather than smear him.

I think Beck actually cares for our futures unlike the other Bobble heads. He may be a bit emotional but thats a good thing these days.

As for the piece. Was he out there?
I would say No.

Anita literally said one of her "favorite philosophers" is Mao. Glenn is right here. See, quoting an evil dictator to make a point is one thing.
"The loss of one life, is a tragedy. The loss of millions, is a statistic." -Stalin

That quote is very true. Using it would not make one a bad person. Now picture yourself using that quote and saying, "To quote one of my favorite philosophers, Joseph Stalin."

Just because Mao wasn't as bad as Stalin or Hitler does not change the fact he was an evil person.

Well for starters, America's government is one of the best built free governments today. The only problem is, the people deserve the government they get. And Sadly enough, nobody is realizing this.

And second, admiring people for certain traits is one thing. But their philosophies?

Think about that for a second....

I mean you could call Hitler handsome(not that he is, just an example) but that would not be anywhere as close to admiring him as a philosopher..

Philosophies and traits are two completely different ball parks.

I hope not...we must question all authority no matter who's in office...even if Ron Paul were president! No man is immune to corruption and greed

Well good thing Beck is an Independent, huh? You've obviously never watched or listened to his show because he exposed Bush just as much. He gives a bipartisan ass kicking which is good.

They carry on so because they've got nothing. Can't attack the message, because it is what it is. At least they've wised up enough to not attempt to refute obvious facts, backed up by evidence.

So, since they CAN'T attack the message, they light out after the messenger instead. Their attacks on the messenger are largely of no effect, because they know not whereof they speak, and just try to pull labels out of their butts and paste them on.

Unfortunately for them, without a valid argument against the message, the sticky stuff on the labels just doesn't work.
