I wouldn't be surprised if cap and trade was the method. For the average American, this would result in electricity bills possibly increasing over 100 dollars a month and gas prices and anything that uses energy doubling or tripling or worse in my opinion. If you wanted to start a civil war, this would definitely get people fired up after they find out what our leaders have been up to.

I know, I asked earlier if things seemed surreal, I wasn't even thinking that in terms of lack of concern for this.....we are in for some historical times my friends.

Yes, I have. I've been saying a revolution is coming for awhile now. Ron Pual, the tea parties, Glenn Beck, Limbaugh, and a host of others have been talking about these changes. I think all of us were expecting this to happen later rather than sooner. The stark reality of this is sinking in and I know it's going to get ugly.

To hear it put like this in the video brought it all home to me in a way words can't describe. I alerted ATS admins to this as I think that this should be issued as a banner alert at the top of every ATS page. It is that important.

Who said anything about another country owning the US? Lord Monckton certainly didn't say that. He indicated that this treaty would establish a world government, redistribute wealth from Western nations to third world nations (due to 'climate debt') and finally provide a means for enforcement.

If you are o.k. with allowing this treaty to supercede our Constitution and dissolve US sovereignty, then by all means write all the 4 paragraphs essays on the matter that you wish.

I'm taking a CLIMATE EXPERT, who is FULLY QUALIFIED to speak on matters such as this, at his word when he says that this treaty will do just as he has outlined. Limbaugh is merely a messenger trying to get more publicity on this.

I think people like you just wait until someone mentions Beck or Limbaugh or Paul or any host of others who disagree with Obama's plans so that you can pounce and decry their lack of qualifications for speaking on such matters. Why, that requires a degree from Harvard, Yale, Brown, Columbia, Oxford, etc.. Surely ordinary men and women can't be trusted to espouse their opinions on matters of such grave importance. People like you have all of the answers, don't you. We're just pawns waiting to be told what to do because we're just not smart enough to know what is going on.

Shame on you sir.
