Silverman tells pope to sell vatican.

Comedian Sarah Silverman has a message for Pope Benedict XVI: "Sell the Vatican: Feed the world."

Silverman's video is making the rounds on YouTube just ahead of World Food Day on Friday.

"You preach to live humbly, and I totally agree," Silverman says in her profanity-laden spot.

"So now maybe it's time for you to move out of your house that is a city," she said. "You'll be the biggest hero in the history of ever."


Silverman's assault on Catholicism is just another example of HBO's corporate irresponsibility.



The last part I included got my attention....she has a right to free speech and this is proof to me that corporations like to stifle peoples free speech with their propaganda.

Shes very smart and very contraversial...whats not to like.
Her comedy just blows me away with her saying things others wouldn't say.

Yeah she is hilarious and I have a thing for Jewish women as of late. I was thinking that maybe the Pope and his buddies could give us a tour of their stylish digs on MTV cribs. Just think we would get lines like "Yo, Yo Biatches this is my one of a kind Pope Mobile for me and my HOMies"

I always give to the poor when I see charities asking for money. During Chirstmas time I damn near break myself giving money to all of those santy clauses.

I rarely give directly to the poor, unless of course I give them food, but never money.

I think the woman is an idiot. I watched that stupid show of hers on Comedy Central for 5 minutes. I couldn't believe people found it funny.

Some people get her humour and some are bored with it.
I give to the homeless directly as i don't trust charities but good for you.
More people should be helping others.

We could take out Jimmy Kimmel and then we can shoot after ten paces at dawn to see who gets her.

Can you imagine how peed off people would be seeing the rich church on cribs acting like famous celebrities....GOLD!!

Nah she dumped Jimmy again. I guess it's just a shootout with us. I don't have to think very long about why jd140 hates her. I remember her video in Florida last election time. Maybe it's a music thing. I'm a drummer myself.

That was hilarious.
She has some guts in some of the things she says for sure.
It was just comedy but it was kinda ironically funny.

Ok three of us fighting over her....we might have to play poker and settle it the old fashoined way.
