Halo type cloud spotted over Moscow City. Very Strange

Hey guys i was logging into yahoo and i seen this posted on my yahoo page about a halo shaped cloud over moscow. Its very interesting. Sorry if this has already been posted. Or in the wrong spot.. Im still a newb
