I apologize if this has already been posted, I did search to no avail.

This does look very odd and out of place. I myself have never seen a cloud formation such as this before. Could it be a large cloaked UFO hovering over Moscow?

It has been posted already, OzWeatherman reported it as a hole punch cloud.
Heavy cloud cover, with the sun shing through.
