Humans form tribes in all areas of life

I was watching this very informative video in which David Logan explains how humans, whether at the DMV or at school or anywhere you can think, tend to create groups. Somehow, naturally, humans make pseudo tribes any time there are many people in the same area. Very interesting watch, talks about things like Obama and as far out as the superbowl

He divides this basis into 5 stages, the first stage being the 'life sucks stage' and points out this is the group school shooters belong to, one stage being prison gangs etc, just enjoy the vid.
