The one I have in my sig is 30 px hight. You can go a bit larger if you don't add to much text to your signature line I think, but I'd have to look up ats rules for the correct sizes. Not many members have picture sigs

My avatars are 160 x 320 px

To make animated images I use Macromedia Flash. I know there are other free programs on the net, even some that don't require much knowledge.
I can't help you with an animation right now since I don't have the right programs installed on my pc yet (had to format some time ago).

What kind of avi are you looking for?

Thanks for the help an I wasnt really looking for a avi at the moment, i was just wonderin how u made the animated ones so i could start playing around with doin that. Andy youre right, not many people have the picture signatures...

I think you copied the page url and not the image url... and you are missing a "[" somewhere.

Thanks for taking the time. I'd like this image centered...






with this image elongated a bit at the bottom...




I'd like for it to have a "glossy" comic book feel to it. Maybe if you can find a cool way to put my screen name in it? I'll leave that up to you though.

As for the background, I think a darker color would work the best, but if this one #0040a0 works that'd be awesome. It's "superman blue" also called "dodger blue"

Anyway, Thanks for giving me your time, don't feel you have to rush, I'm in no hurry...just realized I have to change my avi to fit the new parameters. If you have any questions ask here or u2u, which ever is best for you.

edit: had to re do the first image. Also, I'm realizing now how the second pic may not work with the new size parameters, so if it doesn't then the superman shield will work just fine. also, that pic has the blue color I spoke about.

I looked for the superman font, the 3d one that is used on the comics, but unfortunately it isn't for free... so this one is the closed one to comic font I have atm
