Fantastic information on Dechmond hill thanks for that. I know the exact location and will head out there next week to take a video and photos. I can tell you the location from this post.

Oh my, I just loaded up google earth and zoomed into the school. Head north till you come to Dechmond hill and there should be a triangular shaped clearing within a copse of trees. Pretty much in the center of the clearing you can see the depression. That depression is where Mr Taylor experienced the UFO.

Pasting "deans community high" into the fly to window took me pretty much straight to the site I just needed to zoom out a little and nudge north a couple of times. You cant miss the site.

Thanks for posting mate, you sure made my day. The site is almost exactly as I remember it.

No probs m8, it's good to see posts from other Scottish people here
I'm a long time lurker and your post made me register and reply since I know a little of this story.

Have to say I'm more of a skeptic when it comes to UFOs/aliens but it's more to do with the lack of good photos and video evidence that troubles me. But when you listen to all the credible witnesses around you have to wonder if there's something to it! It's just hard wading through the rubbish

Anyway thanks for the location info, I'll prob head on up there for a look soon myself!

Not sure how embellished that first case of Mr Taylor has become (since you mention bits in it ive never heard before) but if you want to see it from the horses mouth so to speak, the old Arthur C Clarke UFO episode from his Mysterious World series of teh 80's had a segment on it...

Heres the Youtube vid for it. Its definitely one of the more compelling cases given its time frame location and who it happened to, not to mention the actual physical evidence which alot of other cases lack.

Its definitely one of the best in my opinions.

On a side note, that UFO episode was one of the first things I ever video taped as a kid with our brand spanking new video player back in 85
still got the tape to... get it out on occasion to even though i now have the series on DVD
(Still waiting on the 90's series to come out, unless it already has... although by then Clarke was alot more skeptical of it all)

Man that shows sound track still gives me the willies (in a good way

Edit:- Hmm seems the sound is a little desynced on that vid, or it is for me.

Great find! Starred.

Tons of those old UFO shows had some great content, i reckon a lot of it has been lost. Or it exists on video tapes made by people like yourself, scattered throughout the world

Is the sound on that video a little choppy or is my sound playing up?

Are you ever aware of entering the craft or do your memories just place you inside the "room" where they do their deeds? Also, you said this has happened many times, is it the same ones that come for you or do they change? Do you have full memory or random flashes? Are you aware of any details of your location, doors, windows, furniture, controls ect? Did it start at a young age and follow you into adulthood? Not trying to get personal, but do you live a city or the country and do you have siblings? Has anyone else shared your experience (with you)? In other words, have you and someone else been taken together or is alone. Just curious about the details.

Wow, how strange... That incident with the bloodshot/painful eyes is unsettling to me.

Weeks ago, I had one of the most realistic dreams I've ever had.
In the dream, I was not aware that it was a dream. I "woke up", went outside, and a UFO craft appeared.
Me, not realizing it was a dream, freaked out, and got out my cell phone to try and snap a shot of it. Once I did this, the craft shot some type of wave at me... knocking the phone out of my hand, and also knocking me to the ground.

The craft disappeared very quickly without a sound.
I stood up, and immediately, I felt overtaken by this incredible rage.
I could literally feel my eyes swelling with redness, and it was mildly painful.
Shortly after, I somehow got the idea to jump. So, I jumped. When I did this, I hovered in the air for a brief moment.
I repeated that a few times! Couldn't believe it. The dream was very lucid.

To top it off, in the dream, after the strange rage-effects wore off, I ran inside my house and got onto ATS to post about my horrifying encounter.

...I woke up shortly after.

It was a 'dream', but after having described it to a few people, some have told me that dreams may not always be a dream after all..
Very weird!

Just thought I'd mention it, after hearing about the bloodshot eyes thing...

A new witness of the strange aerial drones first reported in 2007 contacted Linda. Brent Yearout, of Camas, Washington described seeing a craft with appendages that had an inner ring about 8-12 ft. across. It emitted a static sound and moved in an erratic matter, stopping and hovering, he said.

Linda also shared an account of a witness in Decatur, Alabama who saw a 3-foot-wide sphere retrieved by ambulance workers on the night of April 25, 2008. The witness, Codey Terry, first saw an bluish-white aerial object come down from the sky, and later caught up with the ambulance. Linda speculated that the retrieved object, which Terry described as looking like a giant pearl, could be a type of monitoring device. She also detailed a case involving bloodless excisions on a deadpregnant cow found on May 1, 2008, in Saskatchewan, Canada.

There are many stories of small spheres that seem to small for beings. They seem to be drones of some type.

I have alays thought if we are being visited by something then surely it would most likely be robots of some kind.

If Roswell really did take place then maybe what crashed was not "Alien`in the biological sense but maybe a probe sent here deliberately to crash.I don't buy for a second that Aliens as intelligent as they are can't park their craft correctly without crashing. Also maybe this is a good reason why the powers that be don't want to tell the truth about ufo's as what would they say, they are not living creatures but robots sent here from god knows where by a species we have never met, that wouldn't terrify the world i'm sure

'Tis good that some of these older, more unusual contact stories are brought again to the light of day. They will help to promote a deeper consideration than mere sightings.

Dismiss them at your own peril whether you believe in only one species visiting or none at all. These cases illustrate the problem of multiple species visiting us with generally the same agenda, but sometimes not. On the "not" side, in addition to what is on this thread, I would refer folks to the account on ATS here about three months ago of the early 50's details of several hikers in Sweden that were found dead under strange circumstances that seem only explainable by considering uncaring ETs.

Contact, and even if only disclosure, will not be a simple affair. Your worst monster nightmares are real. Hopefully, those types will be kept out of sight and their harsh activities stopped once ETs in general are acknowledged. Otherwise it will be Hell on Earth.

This is an outstanding thread. S&F.

Courage set the limits of our world, and yes there is people that want to look where all the others are afraid too.

My only UFO experience was very brief, and i dont think i can say 100% UFO... it was an ordinary night, no rain, the lights went off for half a minute, i went to the bathroom, and a very fast unique point of light blasted behind my house ( 1992-94) as i could see the shadows and my face on the mirror changing...

Just one more of the unexplainable things in my life.

Actually, about just 50 years ago 99.9% of folks would NEVER believe in ETs. Humans were IT, :baby! Don't go talkin' 'bout people from space. God wouldn't do that to us!"

You younger folks all take for granted that science-fiction and alien's have always been main stream and constant around the channels. Not the case. Believe it or not, in my youth, sci-fi was considered worse than porn is today. It was hard to find and you hid your materials from family and friends--but enjoyed the Hell out of it for being so sinful!

to liveandletlive. to answer all your questions would take more time then i have tonight, so i'll just post brief answers. i should really be in bed now but whatever!

Are you ever aware of entering the craft or do your memories just place you inside the "room" where they do their deeds?

more or less i just "appear" in the "waiting room" this is where i'm undressed before entering the main operation. often i will wake seconds before i'm abducted, once i was able to get to my window and open the blinds to see the craft staring me in the face but before i could utter what i was think "oh #!" i was under the control.

Also, you said this has happened many times, is it the same ones that come for you or do they change?

far as i remember it is always the same group. i've at least dealt with doc boss since the very beginning i know this for certain.

Do you have full memory or random flashes? Are you aware of any details of your location, doors, windows, furniture, controls ect?

i would go as far to say that i've never had a "full memory" but i've taken clips of 30s.-min. the constant between rooms is smooth metallic walls, they're lined with hand rails of some variety. the main room of operations is full of bed some are occupied with bodies most are empty however, push carts with various surgical tools. i've seen what i believe is the outline of a door that goes into an area i've never been into, windows are nonexistence.

Did it start at a young age and follow you into adulthood? Not trying to get personal, but do you live a city or the country and do you have siblings?

yes infact one of earliest memories revolved around what i believe was the beginning of the abduction scenario. i lived in a town with less than 10k people when i was 18 i moved to a quite suburb outside of a major city where i currently live now. i have one sister who i am very close with and she has never mentioned anything remotely similar, so i hope that she is safe from my fate.

Has anyone else shared your experience (with you)? In other words, have you and someone else been taken together or is alone. Just curious about the details.

We are the Borg. Existence as you know it is over. We will add your biological and technological distinctiveness to our own. Resistance is futile.

Just kidding, but that's the first thing I thought about when I read your threads title.

I find your thread to be extremely interesting, you've gotten both a star and a flag from me.

Here's a thought of my own. We as humans, often send mechanical devices into the wild to capture images and video of animals. We send automated deep sea robots down to the oceans depths to collect various species to study and dissect, to learn more about "them".

What if, in this case, we're "them"? It sounds only logical that a species with a superior intellect would send "probes" to study us and to interact with us instead of endangering themselves and their own, much like what we do.

Again, your thread is very interesting and I'm enjoying reading it immensely.

Peace, (or should I say "Live long and prosper?")

I am glad that you and others are enjoying the thread. The great thing about it is having two people who remember one case being in their area and having a video provided showing the witness, his wife and a police officer that dealt with the case. Really nice details.

This has been a great read ImaginaryReality1984

The Robert Taylor case left a huge impression on me also. I remember first seeing it on an Arthur C Clarke "Mysterious World" episode.

I still have the episode on my disk somewhere, and watch it every now and again. It's got some great intererviews with Taylor and his wife, as well as the Investigating officer from the local police.

The bottom line is that this case is to me, one of the most credible on my list!

Thank you again for your great post ImaginaryReality1984

I am sure that when our resident UFO aficionados - Internos and Jkrog pop in, they'll be giving you a big thumbs up for your work!!

Hi SmokeJaguar67

I like the way you write

I found what you had to add to the Robert Taylor very interesting.

One other thing that I found promoted this case to a high level of credibility, was the fact that is contained several example of physical evidence:

*The police were able to photograph and measure the track marks left by the two spheroidal robots as they 'confronted/challenged' Mr. Taylor.

*Taylor's clothes were taken for forensic analysis as the trousers showed evidence of mechanical tearing, which was consistent with Mr. Taylor's account.

Fascinating stuff. I too, have thought many times about visiting that site. Strange - more than any other site!

Keep up your great writing style
