Water related UFO/USO phenomenon: Suboceanic Intelligence?

Thanks redwoodjedi for your informative thread regarding the UFO/USO
phenomena. I am just starting to do more research on this aspect, and
find it to be very interesting. S & F

USOs have been tracked doing mach 3 or so. underwater.......Plemty of ships logs contain reference to underwater lights mostly of circular nature have been spotted by lookouts and other crewmen from many ships at sea.
The phenomina is hndreds of years old and has the unique possibility of fitting the basic facts of UFO as well as USO observations.
It is certain in my mind at least that the two terms are synonymous.
What would be nice to know is, are these beings from here origonally?What is the history of our relationship?
Are they indeed the Watchers spoken of in the bible?
One is struck by the number os things that fall into place when equating the two phenomena.....
