FLU Shots are go to go in NSW Aus.....

Sitting at work today reading my Saturday paper as you do (Newcastle Herald) I came across an advert stating that the vaccine was now ready and 'available to everyone'......

making the point that the following people should make a special effort to go and get it:

* Healthcare workers
*Pregnant women
*parents & guardians of young children
*Indigenous peoples
*people at risk from : chronic health conditions, asthma, kidney problems, cancer, neurological diseases.

so I guess this is the start of the big push for the inoculations....

I for one wont be getting the shot as I have never had a flu or cold in my entire 32 years on the planet so I guess I must have a pretty good immunity already

Yeah, saw it in our local paper as well as the Sydney Daily Telegraph. Haven't met anyone yet that's saying they are going to have it though and I work in the Human Services industry.

And I've told everyone that I'm not having it! Made them think twice about whether they needed it too. My parents said they always get the flu shot, never had any trouble... but I made them promise not to get this one.

A free can of beer with every jab. The sheeple down under will follow!!!
