Well so he says, but since theres this whole habit of this prize being awarded to people who say things that dont happen.

I must admit it was close, I was going to say Osama Bin Laden because he says things that dont happen as well but I personally dont enjoy low quality
VHS equipment anymore, maybe next year if he upgrades to blu-ray.
In all seriousness though I am surprised the prize never went to the inventor of the sonar devices used in riots now but then again thats probably
classified.
