So you think the bad things about America justify the bad things about Socialism. Hum, two wrongs make a right for you. Hummmm

Hahaha... no. I just don't see the difference. Unfortunately, the "American way of life" is over. We're not going back. When I say unfortunately, I mean it. We need to start over completely.
I think the days of pointing out what is wrong with other countries and ideologies is over for us because our way has almost completely failed. This doesn't make me feel good. In fact it keeps me up at night.

Just throwing my two cents

Under real capitalism (which we have never had) nothing will stop corporations from forming, and that's okay.

The problem is that we treat corporations like individuals, with giving them the right to vote and donate to campaigns and such, which is wrong.

Also anti-trust laws won't help because it still is using government coercion to destroy large companies, companies that would not have grown to such power had not they lobbied for government benefits.

Do you really think corporations hate anti-trust and regulation? It serves to keep new ventures from penetrating the market and guarantees their monopolistic hold on the market.

And in the back ground lurks that monster of old, central banking and the FED.

That is exactly right and what we have now with our form of capitalism has allowed corporations to rule.

Other productive countries such as Germany are Capitalistic but they also preserve jobs for their citizens instead of allowing them to be sold overseas to the lowest bidder as they are for US Corporations.

Simply look at our current US unemployment rate and that explains quite a bit of what our system is really all about.

And that is profits at the sacrificing of the American worker.

How many of you have actually seen the Movie may I ask ?

I think if you saw what he was saying it would convey quite a different perspective.

Not one that is Anti American and Anti Capitalistic but more so one that is anti Greed.

And that is fundamentally what is going here is that the American worker is getting screwed for the proliferation of profits of corporate America.

This is the same reason why we have lost every other industry whe have created throughout history, all of which have moved offshore.

Plain and Simple.
