This whole thing bugs me -- it's either a hoax (which Occam's Razor demands), or it's the real thing. I think that it's a hoax, but, hey, WHAT IF it's the real thing like it claims to be? You decide.


I have searched ATS for any information regarding this topic, so I'm posting on this now.


Thanks to the talented photoshop dudes on this site, this whole thing has been totally busted, which was what I expected, though there was a part of me that had hoped against odds that it would be true.

So thank you, photoshop dudes, for busting this so quickly.

I did not know which title to look at on your link for this generals phone call.

The pictures all appear to be of Earth, the picture with the tree you mentioned looks like a created picture aposed to the actual pictures in the rest of the album.

As for the chemtrails, I also have not noticed them like I was.

If you could identify the title to click on for the generals phone call I would be interested to read it.

There is even a little dark skinned boy playing in the water, well not playing just kinda sitting in it lol.

No offense man, but that one towards the bottom showing the Appalachians at sunset was taken off the Blue Ridge Parkway... which would be AWESOME if another planet had one!!! I could be the earthling driving at 15 miles per hour instead of the guy from Florida.

I'm not clear about your question. I have clicked on the links that I provided and they take you right to the articles that I had been talking about.

Interesting photos, I cannot say I can locate the location of them if taken from Earth but it looks a lot like Canada, Colorado Rocky Mountain areas, or could be Norway or Russia.
However I did notice something about the photo with the tree that seems a little suspicious. The sky is dark but the photo suggests there's light because it is so clear. It almost looks like someone took a photo of a tree (perhaps in Africa) and inverted the photo colors (or tampered with them somehow) to give a winter like effect. But that's just an opinion.
It is interesting that the buildings in the photos are always at a distance and from that distance look a lot like how we build here at Earth, same with the farm plotting. Could it be universal? Sure, but it is suspicious too.

Balqui looks like a nice vacation resort but I think it might be a freakin' ad for an inter galactic time share program.

Looks something like that of a painting or something, I will say this though the scenery is very nice and I'd love to visit those places instead of staying where I'm currently at

in the photos of the 'other world' there is a man standing in the bay, the very last picture. I don't know if its a man but someone with something, maybe a dog.

I have issues when people do stories like these with images because in my belief when the images are small and low rez they're hiding something. These images should not have been edited or resized one bit.

Also how can the images be copyrighted if they're from another world? You're telling me ET's are worried about copyright infringement?

What is frustrating the hell out of me is that I'm having trouble saving these photos to my picture album, then blowing them up to full screen on my computer, so I've sent them to my housemate, who has a big-assed flat panel computer and she's a tech whiz, so I hope that I can get some good, clear blown-up photos with which to take close looks at.


The KEY thing is to focus in on the farmland areas, the areas with any sort of structures and look for roads -- if you do NOT find any roads in the pictures of the farm areas, then, pray tell, where do farms exist on earth that have no roads to connecting all the farms?


That's the key -- blow up any and all of those photos that have any sort of man-made structures or designs, such as the farms in those photos. The alleged planet, Balqui, has anti-gravity crafts, so they have no need for roads, especially the kinds of two-track roads that allow for wheels to roll on the roads. So look for those.


Post edit -- I found a way to save the pictures, so now I'm going to blow them up and look for roads, or anything that is a dead giveaway to the typical creations of the current humans on Earth as we know it.


Yea, the pictures sure do look like any spot on Earth, BUT, if they are REAL photos of Balqui, the accurate intuitives and psychics would be able to sense that clearly; if they are from Earth, then they'd sense that clearly, too.


Pictures carry energy of whatever they have on them -- photoshopped or not. If they are photoshopped, then they clearly would be photos from somewhere on Earth.


So I'm calling out to all accurate / talented psychics and intuitives to take close looks at those photos.

It never amazes how lonely people are -to believe in this stuff. I knew right away what 2 of those images were from, and yes, they're photos taken right here on earth. It appears the Federation is counting on people who failed with Geography. Balqui, that's funny! I'm so glad they followed our rule of the "U" after our "Q."

A "General Jeremiah" from a ship called "Alliance." Wow! And a phone call none-the-less --such primitive contact measures from our "Galactic Brothers." Sigh. And there'll be people who will eat this stuff up, with second and third helpings so their stomachs (and their false hopes) are satisfied, not realizing that the water quenches and sustains.

Folks, come on, the 5th grade versions of yourselves (whoever believe this), would be kickin' your butts right about now! A "general"? Phone call? Photos from another planet? Please.

I will say this, the Deception is coming soon, there's NO DOUBT about that now. Whether it's holographic imagery, or real "UFO's" that were built by man, or a combination of things, something is about to happen, and it isn't good for mankind, for they will deceive all, even the elect.

How convenient that they look like us, huh? A planet that looks like ours, and they're fantastic ability to make long-distance phone calls --awesome! That's the way to beam into the 21st century! Did they have a phone cord that was 26,000 miles long or was it actually cordless? No, please don't tell me, I wanna find out for myself when they come!

Don't believe in the things that you will shortly see. It's coming and some of you will embrace it like they're Gods -many will actually. Some will have to be won over from their miracles that they will accomplish, or appear to accomplish is more like it.

People who live IN the world can only believe in what they see and the material in which they touch and gather. Others who live ON the earth can see not only what their eyes envision, but what the spirit visions, and I guarantee that the "Galactic Federation" is counting on those who see with their eyes, and not the latter, oh, and those who failed in geography, lol.

I don't know much about these plants. I'll admit that none of them look too familiar.
However, I would be willing to wager that if this thread gets going, there will be someone chime in that can identify most of these plants as being native to Earth.

That being said, I'll flag the thread in hopes of seeing such a discussion.

Yea, no kidding, man. Like I frequently said in my original post, I think that this is a joke -- Occam's Razor would absolutely demand that this whole thing is a stupid joke. But it has to be proven to be so, because, if the information in it is correct, then this would be extraordinary.


And, like I said, the big, fat frozen tree -- if not photoshopped -- ain't from anywhere on the planet that I know of and I'm deeply familiar with all boreal trees from all over the world. That's one thing that got me. The other was the apparent -- so far -- chemtrail abatement worldwide all of a sudden. And this was AFTER this possible jokester "General Jeremiah" had claimed that he'd clean up the entire chemtrail crap worldwide.


And, hey, have YOU seen any chemtrails lately? For the last several weeks? Explain that. No way would the elites just suddenly stop their massive chemtrail program right at a time when they have been succeeding with the intents and purposes (some of them, at least, but not all of them) of this massive, multi-billion-dollar program, would they? Nah, they would not stop it. But the certainly CAN be stopped by an ET with vastly superior technology -- that is certainly possible.


So go ahead, anyone, please try to prove this whole thing being a fraud and, if it is a fraud, I'll let it go and toss it to the huge "hoax" pile that is already huge.

Footprints in the one above, I'd assume from snow boots or boots in general. It looks like the normal path when it snows here and I'm walking around the college campus. Though I know it's not enough to label this as being 'False' I will say it is one for me at least that is 'False'

I'm assuming dogs in the ones above, though did they talk much of the animals on their planet anywhere else? If so I could give them that, but so far I don't know if they do or not and so I'll have to label this one as 'False' as well.

At this time I still can't figure out that mountain. Though it does look slightly similar to that of Mount Fuji (at least from a distance). If it is not the same or even remotely the same, I apologize as it is 2 AM.

P.S. My posts in no way are a grudge of some kind against the opening post, just trying to help separate some of the things that which can be explained from the unexplained and most of these photos (at least to me) look explainable. So please do not take it as picking on you or something .
