When it's a full, or near full moon, I usually sleep really badly and restlessly, and when I do get sleep, I have really odd dreams that are almost
always nightmarish. Some days I will be up until 1-2 in bed, not able to get to sleep.
Usually my days go by quickly, and I feel like everything is a blur and dream like on a full moon.
Has anyone else had these kind of experiences? I really want to know what is going on, and if someone can help me with this.

Probably psychological???
Do you know it's a full/new moon when you go to bed? Maybe that has an effect.
Interestingly though I've had more nightmares that I can remember recently, and I think we've just gone past full-moon phase.

It's the full moon that bothers me, and no, it's not psychological, it happens to many times for that to be it.

Breathe deep and try a herbal relaxer...Like Tea....
The full moon may have a greater effect on you because you maybe more sensitive to the pull of gravity... Anything that can move oceans should be
able to move us to an extent.
It maybe your location too.
Different altitudes may make you more sensitive the moons influence.

It's true!
Mosto of us have some byological changes and alterations, almost nothing.
Our fluids are afected, our brain is more afected.
