Okay folks, we have blown this completely out of proportion. It is painfully obvious that DHS does not have the resources to handle the flux of illegal immigration cases in Maricopa County. As most news stories have a sensational edge, the one in question is clearly working is way to a defamation suit. The reporter must have either been intoxicated or upset about the last speeding ticket received. The federal agency, "ICE," is responsible for the deportation of illegal immigrants and obviously is not well funded in Arizona or anywhere else. It is also painfully obvious the government had been on the get rich scheme of cheap labor for years which furthers the communist agenda of demoralizing America to support future socialistic expansion. Sheriff Joe is a wise player in the game and is keen to the central planner agenda which threatens the people of his county. Let the record show this skirmish between DHS and Sheriff Joe is still in the preliminary stages to which both sides have not used up all their ammo just yet. Sheriff Joe is strong and will not bow down to any outside entity holding office which would attempt to violate the rights of the citizens in Maricopa County. Being sworn to enforce the constitution of the United States including the president, this news story seems overly defamatory and not representing both sides of the fence appropriately. Lets not for get about the 9th amendment coming before the 10th amendment (The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people). So let’s say the 10th amendment police powers act is retained by the people of Maricopa County, thus voiding any central planning agenda concerning immigration within the limits of Maricopa County.

Saying illegal immigrants take the jobs that no one else will do only furthers the human rights abuses against our very own children who have not seen job one. To teach school children that certain jobs are only good enough for a certain strata willing to work it is a race crime against Hispanics to suggest they would never want to better themselves in a higher occupation. Attempting to deceive Americans with this jobs that no one wants comment only encourages our children to believe they are better than everyone else in the world, which is a lie.

If everyone wants to complain about prison culture getting worse, those prisoners may as well be labeled as the people who refused to accept the work available as they where taught certain jobs where not for them when they where children. The very generation we are breeding now is a culture addicted to convenience which would sacrifice their own children like Satanist, only to further an easy gain agenda which in reality will not last. So who’s the bigger criminal here, Those addicted to making money by cheap labor and overpriced commodity or the children who believed that greedy lie would work for them which only gave them a life of addictions and worthless behavior. So as this administrative battle rages on, please remember your investments are as good as your children. By our works we are judged. Sheriff Joe is only performing his calling and doing so, with the graces of his people. This will not be abridged.

as far as i'm concerned patrolling for illegal immigrants by definition equates to racial profiling.

So let me get this right...a tall, white male robs a street vendor and you call it racial profiling to question tall, white men? There is no such thing as "racial" profiling, but there is "criminal" profiling. And to the best of my knowledge, it works quite well. Sometimes you question people based upon where they are, sometimes by what they are doing and sometimes by how they look. If a black man robs somebody, you question black men...not white, not Asian, and not Spanish.

Its not BECAUSE of what race they are, but because they match the race of the criminal. Stop playing the race card...everyone is sick of it.

Yeah...but they won't because the politicians don't want to loose the votes, or the votes of non-illegal immigrants that don't want their friends and family sent home. And yes...being here illegally means you have already broken the law. For some people, it may make more sense if you not view it as "immigration" and instead view it as an invasion of people stealing things (money, benefits, jobs, etc.) from legal Americans and squatting in our homes.

Why anyone stands for this, or allows their representatives stand for this is stupidity...IMO.

I really don't get it. What's wrong with local police enforcing a federal law? At least nothing in principle. It's only reciprocal: the Fed says MJ is illegal in CA and tries to enforce same. Whatever.

Whoever kicks out illegals out of this country has my respect.

I seriously doubt that if immigrants were white this a hole sheriff would deport them. If immigrants were red hair irish, scotish, or Australian, or white south african i am SURE they would get "processed" differently than the mexican counter part. That is if they even get recognized or profiled as illegal. I look mexican next to a some white german tourist, I know I would be singled out, and this is the truth

The race card issue has to end. Illegal immigrants of any color or creed need to be deported. they are a blight on society. youth employment in the untied states is at an all time low plus illegals do not pay taxes or register for the draft. they leech on society and they have to be stopped. if latinos are the most of the illegal immigrants in the united states should LEO's and ICE not look for them? in my opinion 2 things need to happen the legal latinos need to be proud enough to be an american to say hey let them go through the correct process and be a citizen like me and drop the race card issue and secondly people who are to lazy to build a deck for themselves need to stop supporting illegals and learn to do things the hard way.

Thats a pretty bland statement to say. I'm Hispanic and I have a Mexican flag on my car. Does that make me illegal?

On that note, I am also not against deporting illegals when caught. They are here taking a job that I am trying to get, and they get if for cheaper. I don't agree on racial profiling. And if it continues, why stop at just profiling mexicans, and not other races?

I have dark skin, my parents were immigrants, they had to speak English and have a sponsor and have a job waiting, and they DIDN'T cut in line.

Why is this thread this long and no one is advocating that Joe go after say...the employers of illegal immigrants? They would not be coming here if there was no opportunity to earn a living. Drug suppliers get punished more harshly than users because they provide a reason for many people to use. Why are we not up in arms over the people supplying jobs? I have had to prove who I am for every job I have ever had.
