Unless Obama runs the country deeper into the hole than Bush did I doubt we're going to see Cheney as President. The very idea is enough to make anyone from any political viewpoint shudder with horror. The very idea that Dick "onyx heart" Cheney thinks he has a chance of getting elected, and that ANYONE out there would be mad enough to give him the chance, bothers me deeply.

Palin may not be evil but I get the feeling even Bush and Biden are appalled by her lack of public speaking ability.

So you think this was all mentioned as misdirection?

See this, see this, take that?

I have to agree that is a very possibility that it was something spoken of with the intent to scare people into voting for Obama again similar to the tactic of McCain being a non-choice because of the potential he would be a talking head for Bush known better as McBush as well as John McCain being seen as a potentially damaged person due to his being a Vietnam P.O.W.

These politicians on Capitol Hill will do anything for a sound byte and even do far worse for a dollar including up to but not exclusively limited to selling their own mothers on eBay.

I'm not sure where exactly he was heading with that because anyone with half a brain knows Dick Cheney is evil incarnate. I cannot speak too much about Sarah Palin because before she ran for officer as a Vice Presidential candidate she was pretty much a non-blip on everyone's radar just like Barack Obama.

Isn't it funny how until someone runs for office as President they pretty much stay out of the limelight but as soon as their name is put on the ballot they are suddenly the perfect candidate?

I am not specifying her as Governor, especially not to anyone who lived in Alaska, I am speaking about her lack of presence in the media just like Obama before the 2008 elections.

It sure is odd to say the least I assure you of that and we already know Cheney's history.

While I am a registered Independent, I will respect you for your Libertarian views.

I would not mind if the reset button were pushed but unfortunately that particular one will lead to nuclear annihilation of our country not towards a Revolution.

I sure as Hell hope this news story about Cheney and Palin is just a nonsense rumor.

Otherwise, we're so screwed it's not even funny.

You're probably going to like this thread then.

Obamaland : Cotton Candy, Gumdrops, and Rainbow Dreams, This is the Land of Collusion

While Obama is only ten months into his first year of his first term, Cheney and Palin would destroy our nation and tear it from stem to stern, and Obama is barely warming up.
