Germany Denied a Patent for this invention

So a Saudi inventor has filed for a patent for a GPS microchip that would be implanted under the skin of certain undesirables in case they get too bothersome/dangerous for society.

The chip would allow for a remote trigger to release a poison (Cyanide) into their body, killing them......(Escape from LA, anyone?)

Apparantly the patent was denied (In Germany).....but just because a patent is denied doesn't mean that it can't be manufactured.....

Is it just me or is this little chip going a little too far?

Edit for spelling

They'll do this anyway, patent only means someone cannot sell your ideas, without giving you something.

I know.

Now we have 'open-source' GPS poison chip technology being unleashed on us.
