This past week it seems theres a Strain of Flu thats going round thats even more contagious and easy to pick-up than regular common flu. Its not quite the common cold as I have it myself and the symptoms include nasuea, vomiting, temperate variations and lack of appetite.

I picked up this bug literally overnight when I was out socialising and had been perfectly fine the week before, Its spreading like wildfire locally in South Manchester and Doctors have told people to rest for up to a week as symptoms persist for quite a while as it remains dormant although the bug does wear off.

I havent had the Tamiflu jab but im just wondering wether this could be another variant of the Swine Flu?, or just another common Bug.

I've head something like that, but instead of vomiting it was out the other end. It made me achy too.

Yep that's the one lol, I'm about day 3 into it now and the Nausea/Sickness feeling is still there (though luckily I stopped being sick after 24 hours.)
Due to my Heart and Migraines aswell any flu/bug I catch is always enhanced to twice the effect so right now I have dizzyness alongside the bug, which isnt too great for wanting to do the simple things in life like get out of bed or get a change of clothes. I just have to keep staring at the computer and avoid eye movement as much as possible otherwise the nausea starts again.

This bug really is annoying and I pity anyone else who catches it, it makes me wonder where it also came from as only 2 weeks ago noone had it at all.

I also know of people with this kind of flu, it seems like the simptoms are worse than swine flu!

My partner has had it now for the best part of a week (East of Manchester). It's the second time in about 3 months. She doesn't seem to be able to shake it at all.
