I have recently read an article about Jill Heinerth who goes cave diving, including diving under icebergs in the Antarctic, and takes wonderful photographs:

This is the first time I have heard of this and thought it might be of interest.





The two pictures below are from a Daily Mail article which was a fascinating read, but unfortunately I couldn't link to it. If anyone was interested they could google Daily Mail, then do a search for Cave Diving:






In the Daily Mail article Ms Heinerth is quoted as saying:

"I was experimenting with a 3D mapping device ...

It is the technology that one day NASA hope to send to the underwater caves of Europa, one of the moons of Jupiter".
