ABOUT ATS: The Complaint/Suggestion Form

Suggestions, Complaints, and Heads-Ups

At the very top-left of the board menu-bar is a button labeled suggestions (formerly the "complaint" button). This provides members with a secure way to communicate directly with staff on the following issues:

1) Complain: Let's face, we know we can't please everyone all the time. However, we're still interested in occasions when members are dissatisfied with aspects of our discussion board. Use this form to keep us informed of your thoughts.

2) Report Abuse: With days seeing 2,000+ posts and over 100 new members joining, despite our staff's best efforts of managing this wildly busy place, events of abuse and general Trolling will go unnoticed. Use this form to call our attention to threads where this is happening. Make sure to paste the thread URL into the form.

3) Ideas and Suggestions: Have an idea for something you think might be cool to see on ATS, use this form to let us know.



All complaints are posted in a sub-form of the moderator's private forum. We all see the complaints, and every complaint is discussed and reviewed by two or more moderators, super moderators, or admins. Most complaints will receive some sort of feedback from staff, but not always. If you want feedback be sure to mention it specifically.
