I don't recall seeing this document posted previously. Here's the link to a Secret Interoffice Document from I.B.M./France dated 2006 which discusses operational procedures to be followed during the "Coming" Pandemic that will appear within the next several years.

It is clear that something is about to happen with all the preperations that have been made such as the FEMA camps and some towns having agendas on mass body disposal at town meetings.

We won't have to wait long for an answer that is for sure.
