I've noticed that many institutions such as colleges and government sectors try to create more racial inequality causing the rejection of more qualified individuals.

The police is also trying to reduce racial complaints by rejecting more competent officers and replacing them with Hispanics and other minorities.

Colleges such as Harvard should be 30%+ Asian (by synthetic scores and probably other achievements as well), it is 15% right now, but the U.S. population is less than 5% Asian.

Congress and state governments are also trying to create an equal "proportion" of every race.

What happened to the entrepreneur spirit of the American population?

Dont forget about the babied generation who has never 'failed'. Getting trophies for participation instead of winning. Parents suing when a kid gets a D- etc..

It starts young and doesn't even end at adulthood with parents calling and yelling at managers who fired their sweet over-aged angel or for not hiring their fleshy contribution of perfection.

The whole requirement of race quotas is just one aspect. The concept of failure is one that makes people shiver and so they seem to tap into every possible loophole to not get just rewards. I am in no way shape or form trying to trivialize actual problems with racism in workplaces and housing. I am simply saying it is a symptom of the overall nanny-state that is forming.

Basically the society is getting more corrupt, it lacks integrity. Hence the corrupt is getting stronger. And the society is trying to appeal and please the corrupt even more, making it even more corrupt. It's a hellish circle.

And we wonder why other nations graduate more COMPETENT scientists.

Not scientists who used inches instead of SI units and blew up a billion dollar project (true story).
