Looks like the main root for foreign troops to gain access to the US, kinda like the approved VISA cards before 9/11.

Here are some things listed:
Are you a U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. on an unrestricted basis? (You may be required to provide documentation.)
This is one key right here. The question is how much documentation will you need, a picture of you by the Statue of Liberty?
Have you ever been convicted of a felony? (This will not necessarily affect your application.)
Common felonies= aggravated assault and/or battery, arson, burglary, illegal drug use/sales, grand theft, kidnapping, robbery, murder, and rape.
Me being in the Canadian Military, I no having any of these felonies you have a very slim chance you will get accepted and from what I hear the US Army is a bit more strict on this issue then we are.
All employment is continued on that basis. I understand that no supervisor, manager, or executive of this company, other than the president, has any authority to alter the foregoing.
Hmm Presidental power, scary.
Could these men/women be the *Company* soldiers that will take away your guns and send you to the FEMA camp?
