That is because is another law sue going around against the FDA from braking their own federal laws when they approved the N1N1 as safe without providing any paper work with any testings.

So in other words the H1N1 never got any testing at all.

That is insane. I trust the FDA as far as I can throw them. Actually, they should halt production and distribution of the vaccine if they can't come up with documentation of the testing. Whose going to make that happen. FDA?

It was all about money and profits, see the vaccine was already under production when the FDA approve the vaccine so it was too much money at risk, after all they got immunity for any side effects so they had not need to test anything.
