I came across this document while researching the vaccine situation. It explains how you may deem yourself exempt from accepting a vaccine. Laws in different states may vary so make sure you keep an eye on your state legislature as public health officials may seek to amend state laws to alter these exemptions.

My understanding is that under the Patriot Act you can be quarantined for refusing to get a vaccination under some circumstances such as a terrorist bio attack. That being Federal would over ride any exemptions at the state level.
