i saw two massive ufos parked in a field near a northern beach in, (queensland) australia

here's my story; my father and i were driving up to coolum, a beach in qld, it was towards dusk and we know the route very well so its automatic to drive it. we were on a road going a certain direction. then one second later, we were on an entirely different road, going an entirely different direction. we didnt even know which road we were on any more. both of us were totally disoriented. my father was totally freaking out as he doesnt believe in ufos and couldnt cope with the experience. i told him to stop the car, turn around and go back in the opposite direction, which he did. we eventually came to a roundabout we recognized and took the correct turn to get home. my father still tries to rationalize it by saying he just took a wrong turn, although he was freaked out at the time - totally freaked out. i go along with his version as i know he cant deal with what happened. i have not told him that on the way back to the roundabout i looked through some sparse trees into a field on the side of the road, and saw two HUGE MASSIVE ufos sitting in the field; with lights lit up . they were BIG. like a small city type thing - more like the independence day ufos - only not that big of course - but thats kind of the look they had. they werent the normal silver saucer type ufos. they were pretty cool; but i was a little freaked at the time.

Any corralating stories about this?
I mean two city sized ufo's landed on a beach is going to attract attention isn't it?

and you didnt get out of the car and run over there..because?
This sounds kind of fake to me as something of that size would easily be noticed through "sparse trees"

I recently had a sighting of 4 UFO's in the sky but nowhere near what you are suggesting something of a "small city" size , mine would only be noticed if you looked up at that exact moment.. yours sound like they are easily noticable

any other witnesses with images and video?

Small city to me is like Manchester, a population of 1.8-2.2 million

that would suggest these TWO "craft" were huge and easily noticeable by about anyone

oh, thought i might just mention as well, my sis came back from cairns recently and said tons of people there that shes talked to have ufo experiences but dont talk about it except privately; my sis also found burnt circles in our paddock at home when she was younger, which i saw. we dont know what they were, very odd.

What area was this by the way? i have some relatives involved with UFO work in Australia, i could get them to go down there and take some readings and what not

I've seen those same burns on the ground at my grandparents old house up in Scotland when i was around 7

Ya thats how UFOs go. And Ghosts too. You have to see it yourself or you will just simply not accept it. Unless your weird I guess

Anyhow, thanks OP for sharing the story.

I think your excitement got you to exaggerate their size a bit.

Lets attempt to narrow this size down into metric numerals. Just so we can get a idea of how big your talking about.

Was it as big as a average soccer stadium?(Several hundred meters) Or are we talking more like the size of Bus? (15 meters or so)

Maybe 2 or 3 buses ? (50ish meters)

Another question.
What time of the day was this?

Also, what were your first thoughts when you saw it?

yeah, sorry, i was trying to convey the impression of what i saw. they LOOKED like the way a city looks/skyscrapers look when its darkish and buildings are lit inside with electric light: the iimpression of something big lit inside with electric light is what i was trying to convey. no im sorry if i said the size of a city; obviously they werent that big. again, when trying to convey the look, the closest thing ive seen that they look like is the ones on independence day or district 9 - but that's just the 'look' of them; their size was much smaller than this. however they were a lot bigger than small ufos that you hear about...

i have trouble with explaining sizes... football field, yeah maybe, ...they were tall/high. they gave in impression of size. but i saw them from a distance from a moving car so it was hard to judge. i got sort of a shock at them cuz its not how i expected a ufo to look. i wud have expected the silver saucer type thing. to me they looked very advanced, very impressive, and like their technology was pretty cool.

sorry im so bad at explaining this; but i can only give an impression of what i saw.

the area was coolum beach; there are paddocks by the side of the road there. it was dusk. getting dark but still some light. i wud have taken a photo but no camera, happened to fast and i was still disoriented and freaked out by what happened with the car. the whole way home i was worried that we'd gone forward or backward in time or my family wudnt be there or something; it was so freaky. we didnt lose any time tho when we were 'put ' or whatever on the different road. it happened in about a second, or seemed to. we were generally watching the time before it happened as we usually time how long it takes to drive up there; and we werent really late when we got there.

its probably not relevant but the road to noosa was blocked off today apparantly. its probably just roadworks but im a bit suspicious now.

ps, no no, they were much bigger than a bus. definitely much bigger than that. more in the football field arena of size. id say 50 metres was the minimum the cud have been but i think they were probly bigger.

the burn marks in our paddock at home that my sister and i saw happened years ago. i cant remember where exactly they were but she might. she lives in cairns now though. i wouldnt have thought there would still be any readings after all that time? about 10 years ago.

run over there? sorry, but i had absolutely NO impulse to run over there at all. specially after what just happened with the car and how freaked out we both were. i thought it was cool to see them but i wudnt have gone any closer.

well it was dusk - darkish - the tree outines were dark; so they werent that easily visible altho if you turned sideways you cud see them thru the trees. i dont think many people wud have noticed - when you're driving at night with no roadlights, you're watching the road in front of you mostly and oncoming traffic - its a two lane road w people going at 80/100 k/ph and there werent really that many cars travelling at that time. i happened to be looking out the window to the side. maybe other people saw them too i dunno.

they didnt land 'on a beach'. coolum is a beach holiday town. i saw them in a paddock on the side of a road leading to the beach town. there were sparse trees in front of the paddock. i saw them thru the trees. it was darkish.

Have you been back there yet? Would it be at all possible to make a sketch from memory of the crafts?

no, no missing time, my father and i both agreed at the time that in about a second we were in a different place on a different road going in the wrong direction - a totally different direction to the one we had been going before.

not unwell, just shaky and a bit scared/freaked out right afterwards. as soon as we found the right roundabout and road and got home and found everyone there etc i was fine again. i thought it was cool though, what i saw.

not changes in my thinking really cuz ive had some weird experiences before this. i have had missing time on another occasion and lucid dreams afterwards. all my family can verify the missing time experience i had. i noticed some changes in my father's thinking afterwards - he's started doing qi gong - and meditation and hes commented on ufos to me once or twice when he looked something up on the net and came across some info by accident. but he still does not want to go there really.

someone asked about my emotion after it happened. one of the things i felt straight after was anger that my father was there when it happened as i thought he wud be scared; whereas im kind of used to this weirdness by now.. although it probably was the weirdest, apart from the missing time which shook me up way worse, altho i have no memory of what happened while i was 'out' nor do i want to know.

yes i could probably sketch them from memory.

i think i have driven up to coolum since then. i havent been back to the road where i saw them, cuz its not on the normal route we take to get up there; like i said; we must have been 'moved' to a different road, as we dont normally go on the road we found ourselves. only explanation i can come up with, anyway.

may I ask which road were you on originally and which road you were 'transported' to? Did this happen last night (29th)? You can u2u me if you don't want to say on here.

This is an interesting story but I would end it here before it gets out of hand

Was it recent or a few years ago?

You also mention no lost time, yet you ended up in a different place, are you suggesting you time travelled?

p.s. coincidentally Blossom Goodchild lives not too far from Coolum Beach

and to all the sceptics, ufo sightings around that area have been mentioned often by different people I know who live there.

I know people like to ridicule her, but I get the same messages (just not in dialogue). I always know when she's had a new one because I feel it too. I didn't know about her at all until last year's business and it actually took a while to realize that our messages were from the same source.

She's going through a rough time right with hostility from her detractors. I don't know why she cares what they think.
