Hey all,

For those of you who do not know who Ingo Swann is, I will briefly give some background information on this fellow. Followed by a link to his book Penetration which describes in detail about the mysterious request by the CIA/NSA?? (unknown) for him to perform remote viewing on the moon.

Swann helped develop the process of remote viewing at the Stanford Research Institute in experiments sponsored by the Central Intelligence Agency. He is commonly credited with proposing the idea of Coordinate Remote Viewing, a process in which viewers would view a location given nothing but its geographical coordinates, which was developed and tested by Puthoff and Russell Targ with CIA funding.

Wikipedia

Remote viewing was a subject deeply investigated upon during the cold war and many years went into PSI research, about 20. Funding for such a project would quickly run dry if instant results were not achieved. Ingo was highly regarded in this field with amazing results and high hits of accuracy.

In brief, Ingo had managed to remote view Jupiter and accurately describe its compounds, rings, mountainous terrain (not yet proven). All this took place in September 1973 just after NASA had launched pioneer 10 to report back its findings. It was Ingo's idea to remote view Jupiter before the results came back.

Excerpt:
These raw data factors are enumerated below, accompanied by the dates
they were confirmed.
1. The existence of a hydrogen mantle: Confirmed September 1973,
again in 1975.
2. Storms, wind: Confirmed 1976 as to dimensions and unexpected
intensities.
3. Something like a tornado: Confirmed 1976 as strong rotating
cyclones.
4. High infrared reading: Confirmed 1974.
5. Temperature inversion: Confirmed 1975.
6. Cloud color and configuration: Confirmed 1979.
7. Dominant orange color: Confirmed 1979.
8. Water/ice crystals in atmosphere: Confirmed 1975.
9. Crystal bands reflect radio probes: Confirmed 1975.
10. Magnetic and electromagnetic auroras ("rainbows"): Confirmed
1975.
11. A planetary RING inside the atmosphere: Confirmed 1979, not only
as to its existence, but as being inside the crystallized
atmospheric layers.
12. Liquid composition: Confirmed 1973, 1976, as hydrogen in liquid
form.
13. Mountains and solid core: Still questionable, but suspected as of
1991.

This was the beginning of a marvelous journey. To the Moon.

I haven't finished reading it but there is a thread on the black box of one of Apollo's transcribed missions. I felt there was indeed a need to put forth what I have read and compare the two regarding activity on the moon, mining, people, etc. Lots of speculation as to what was said, and what Ingo has seen. Let you be the judge.

This book is no longer in print and extremely hard to find. Quite expensive too. About $500 and I even read it sold for $1,500 on ebay. With no further ado, here it is in PDF. Penetration, by Ingo Swann.

Happy reading.

Chapter 5: Humanoids on the moon

I found towers, machinery, lights of different colors, strange-looking
"buildings."
I found bridges whose function I couldn't figure out. One of them just
arched out - and never landed anywhere. There were a lot of domes of various
sizes, round things, things like small saucers with windows. These were
stored next to crater sides, sometimes in caves, sometimes in what looked
like airfield hangars.
I had problems estimating sizes. But some of the "things" were very
large.
I found long tube-like things, machinery-tractor-like things going up
and down hills, straight roads extending some miles, obelisks which had no
apparent function.
There were large platforms on domes, large cross-like structures.
Holes being dug into crater walls and floors obviously having to do
with some kind of mining or earth-moving operations.
There were "nets" over craters, "houses" in which someone obviously
lived, except that I couldn't see who - save in one case.
In THAT case, I saw some kind of people busy at work on something I
could not figure out. The place was dark. The "air" was filled with a fine
dust, and there was some kind of illumination - like a dark lime-green fog
or mist.
The thing about them was that they either were human or looked exactly
like us - but they were all males, as I could well see since they were all
butt-ass naked. I had absolutely no idea why. They seemed to be digging into
a hillside or a cliff.

Yes, he certainly is interesting. He's done years of PSI research for the CIA. The CIA doesn't fund programs for nothing, especially PSI.

I need to push this topic back up the list. For those of you that don't know, this is a free pdf of a very expensive and rare book.

Ah yes Project Stargate...1968..

Finally shut down by Congress when they found out what they were playing at...

Seems the papers 'disappeared' though and PsiTech rose from the ashes, a private company no longer under the peering eyes of Congress

I got this as a pdf a few months back and I most say I am very intrigued. I first heard of Ingo Swann from Jim Marrs book PSI Spies and I highly recommend it.

Yes great book.

He talks about the presence on the moon. DO NOT forget that these guys have no control over the time factor when viewing. They can also remote view parallel realities.

So he may have seen actual humans from the future on the moon, or actual aliens on the moon back in the 70s.

It is also worth noting that he said Jupiter had rings before the Viking probes were sent there to confirm it.

Joe McMoneagle, the second most famous remote viewer, said that looking back though past experiments, Ingo Swann was by far the most accurate. When he used his protocols and combined multiple viewing sessions his accuracy was claimed to be near 100%. No wonder the CIA tasked him with private missions the rest didn't know about.

Also worth noting, he trained many of the other members including Ed Dames.

There is an interview by Art Bell, Coast to Coast, with Ingo Swann. In this interview he talks about this book and some of his others.

Here is part one of the interview. Ingo is very polite I must say.

Who is John Zorgon?

Ed Dames ran a team for hire under PsiTech. In some of his interviews he said that it was not only civil missions he was undertaking. Sounded more like a continuation of his military program while having less attention and oversight. Just what the viewers wanted back in the day.

Also very interesting, the commander, ...., crap I cant remember his name. Anyway he now works at the Monroe Institute (Out of Body workshop) teaching these methods still.

Another crazy fact. Joe McMoneagle married Robert Monroes daughter. During the later years of the program the military remote viewers were sent to the Monroe Institute to train up. Ed Dames also went there.

Ed Dames was also not intended to be a viewer. His mission operationally was to evaluate the sessions and perform other admin duties for the military side of the program. He did not fully start viewing until he started his company. He was trained by Ingo Swann personally.

Joe Mcmoneagle has much animosity for Dames. I have not found out why. My guess is that Dames, called the dooms day prophet, runs his mouth quite a bit and likes to scare everybody before his sessions have been verified by other viewers in blind sessions.
