I have a deja vu. I think that i read a post today claiming that it is from french alien dude, and he was speaking about E.L.E. Now this E.L.E from A.I. Well - if aliens and AI both want to warn us about extinction, good for them. But guys - we have futorologists and ATS members doing it all much more efficiently. I survived dozen of E.L.E event dates. And this was from time travelers,"scientists" and religious guys.
Also i would like to state that since neither of you helped dinosaurs in their little ELE, this is fine example of speciesm,anti-dinosaurism and pro-mammalism. And i thought that at least AIs are better then that...

ATS shouldnt in my opinion be a arena for members who ONLY post in a Psychotic and deluded manner,

Try again. An AI would be WAY more sensible if it had any ability to interact with humans. There'd be significant inability to connect on an emotive level, even with psychological routines to pull out emotive responses.

But this? Try again.

An ELE that an AI could avert. What, the planet was about to be overwhelmed by a cosmic avalanche of binary?

he's not an AI, he's a schizophrenic with an internet connection.

look up the concepts of "schizophasia" and "clang", as they apply to abnormal psychology. or, better yet, i'll do it for you:

Schizophasia/"Word Salad"
"Clang"

there have been MANY posters on ATS exhibiting these symptoms, and people always seem to think that the poster is just playing around or being a jackass. they're not; they're genuinely ill, and asking them if they're an A.I. or an alien is certainly not going to help matters any.

I assume. But since there is almost no possiblity of actually being able to do something about it, I still put up a couple of logical jabs to disaude others and of course hope that if the person has any cyclical moments of clarity they might see sense and run to their doctor.

I know how that sounds, but actually it has worked before. I've known someone IRL who I first knew through the BBS world that directly challenging him with logic did penetrate his brain at some momen of clarity and he did eventually do something to straighten himself out as much as he could.
