This person on facebook and youtube claims to have been there and videotaped the person responsible.

(the guy with no shirt being chased around)

Without more info there's not much to add really but it is interesting

perhaps someone can contact the publisher of the video and request more details?

If it's true, then everyone blaming the regime was suckered in by the media bandwagon...
