Do I strongly believe that President Gore with the findings of his own report & the full support of the GOP Congress after the Hart-Rudman report would have been highly likely to implement those airport saftey measure? Absolutely.
Do I also strongly beleive that boxcutters would have not siezed the day nor those planes, after those measure was installed? Absoultely.
