He's suing the wrong bank though, I'd like to see a class action against the Fed with a jury trial, and a judge that wasn't a freemason or in somebody's pocket, that would get interesting.

The reason why his lawsuit will go nowhere is because of Tort. The claimant has to prove actual monetary damages to person or to property that equate to that dollar amount.

He can include the cost of his legal fees.
He can include the cost of his BoA charges & fees.
He can include the cost of his time on the phone with BoA Customer Support.
He can include pain and suffering (if he can prove monetary loss due to treatment, lost wages and income, dramatic adverse change of lifestyle, etc.).

However, legally, that is the extent that he can legally ask for in damages. Anything in excess of Tort can cause the case to be dismissed for being frivolous and having no legal merit.

i hope he gets robbed.

I applaude this man, seriously wow..ive always wanted to do something like this..your honor, im sueing the US government, for the entire worlds currency IF not, i'll sue for everything the federal reserve nad fort knox has he's not going to get it, and im sure the judge is wondering if this guy is mentaly stable or not, which dosnt look good in court. That guy is my new hero. Haha that story rocks. He's not gonna get anywhere, but im sure he already knew that. . . at least i hope he knew he wasnt going to get that kind of money..

It doesnt matter if he doesn't get anywhere, the point is that at that amount of money he will get publicity and everyone will hear about the bad service he got. Its a publicity stunt for sure, but go him, at least he's doing something.

In the 20 years I have been researching this stuff, I have never been able to understand why nobody has instigated a class action against the Fed Reserve.
They are a private corporation, not a govt entity, so why can't it be done.
Maybe in the past it wasn't so obvious that their thievery has/is destroying the country, but it's right out in the open now.

It is true that Bank of America does have really poor service. I have just always banked there so I haven't switched though I have credit cards through other banks.
