Where were the mobs of protesters beating old ladies? Thanks for some decent proof that the protests were under control.

In Pittsburgh your 2 big news channels (locally) are channels 2 and 4.I wouldn't know what video would be yours out of the bunch,but here's their websites.
Channel 2 is KDKA kdka.com...

They used fear tactics to keep the people under control. The Police stood together which made them look strong and this is when people shy away and break up.

It's llike when the Tea Parties went to Washington tens of thousands and the President wasn't even there he went to a town Hall Meeting and was in another State.

Do you think that the people in the G20 were in any way bothered by this.....they probably do what they always do......... shake there heads and laugh they aren't changing there greedy agenda's over a few hundred to even tens of thousands of protesters in America.

The News will Spin this to fit the Elitist agenda cause that's who pays there paycheck and they know it.

I guess this is a slow start for Americans and I do give them credit for getting out there but.............it already seems to be forgotten from what I observe.

Great work, thanks for taking the time to share this with us.

Though peaceful protests against g20 may seem like a progressive step towards fighting a greater evil and/or awareness of whats going on to the masses, its obvious by looking at this along with most other protests that if your not involved your already on the leash. Just look at how closely scrutinized it was by the media...

To me this is a lost battle my friends, its going to take a lot more then a friendly protest to change anything it seems.

The view from our side of the pond

What a difference between there and the MSM view of what happens in America.

At the Pittsburgh G-20 innocent people were beaten and students simply watching from their campus were gassed and chased down.

Sound weapons were used on families watching from the front porch of their own homes.

Bones were broken by cops/military goons who were given orders to attack anyone in sight - including old ladies trying to leave a store. ALL of that went down at the G-20.

And what does our so-called "media" do? They show any clip of an anarchist or staged plant while commenting on how the police are "quelling out of control rioters".

Truly Orwell's vision has begun. Things are going to get uglier.

Thanks so much Ugie1028, when you first posted that you were going down to Pittsburgh to get the truth for us, I had no doubt what so ever you`d bring home the goods, I applaud ur commitment.

I have watched all of the vids you have u/l and got a real sense of what it was like to be there. (Pity the sound on the speeches on parts 5 and 6 of day 2 was`nt so great, if anyone has footage of those plz)
If you get the urge and the time it would be really great if you could write a short story of your time down there, I`m sure you must have felt so many different emotions.
Did you get a feeling that there is a definate new wave of understanding and loathing of the super rich constantly p**sing on us ? Do you think there could be a countrywide uprising ?
If you dont want to put your private thoughts down on a public board thats cool.

I didint think that the sound would come out horrible on those parts, but you can hear some of it. if i find someone else who recorded it i will rip it onto my drive because those speeches were awesome.

I wanted to write a story about my day, bust since i got home i have been bombarded with chores @ home, such as helping my sister with the kids, helping my dad do stuff to the house.

I will post a reflection essay soon, just have no idea where to start, i am still angered at what they did to us...

its very sickening... very unconstitutional with what the city did to its people.

Reminds me of WW2 Germany in so many ways.

Believe me, i felt like uprising there and then when they assaulted us with their "less lethal munitions."

I remember seeing a sign that said:
(we came unarmed [This time])

if no one can police the police, who do we go to for protection from these tyrants?

the media will always twist it to their view.

we met two good reporters and gave them an interview because they let us speak our minds on live TV. it was channel 2, and channel 5. one was from the local Pittsburgh TV, and the other was an OHIO TV station.

IM still trying to find those vids.

I wish someone would help find those, i gave up last night looking for them.

The videos are great, it’s a shame that mainstream media will not cover this event in it entirety. They do not want Americans to know that we are angry at our sold out congress who are only supporting big corporations,and the likes, and not we the people any longer.

I thought I would never see the day that our Press and media would suppress vital information from the American people. Talk about loosing freedom of the Press well folks here’s your proof.
