but then you have the power too

This may sound crazy or it is a part of the mass consciousness - who knows? but here goes.
I write a little music or poetry and play the guitar in spare time. It is mostly therapuetic for me. Several years ago - probably as far back as 1990 I wrote a small little poem consisting of these lines:

Hanging from your Ivory Tower,
Too High to see the Ground,
The Words has crumbled at your feet,
But you didn't hear a sound.

Don't you see they are hurting from their wounds,
Ya know the pains run deep,
The only time they get relief ,
Is when they are in their sleep.

Now theses lyrics haunted me but I never knew why - and I never told anybody. It is the kind of thing that you say "nah" but after the Two Towers it kind of creeped me out.

I am a Canine Behavior Modification Specialist in "Real Life" and I use skills that are "beneath the surface" on a regular basis.

I believe we all are telepathic and soon we will become more aware of it than we probably need to be.

It would be interesting to see what would happen to the world if we all woke up tomorrow and could read each others minds.

Mind reading and control
Memory alteration
Mental bolts
Induced paralysis
Illusion casting
Astral projection
Genius level intellect

Oh, and an over-active imagination.

I have abilities too, though I'm only 14:

1. I have beyond human hearing. Sometimes it extends to that of hearing the paranormal.

2. I have weird knowledge on the paranormal. You can ask me a question and I can think up an answer for you just like that. *snaps her fingers*

3. My sense of smell is strong when it comes to hidden smells. I can smell the scent on a person sometimes but I can't track people yet. I doubt I'll be able to do that.

4. I know how to do various martial arts moves but I've never learned any martial arts before. And I don't dare try it on my friends and I don't get into fights.

5. I can run faster the humans but I tire out easily. No proper exercise.

6. I can sense the paranormal. I know when there's one near me or where the evil ones are when I'm close enough.

7. Sometimes I see them.

8. I feel vibrations and can tell what one is doing by just listening to their movements through hearing and vibrations.

10. I can see right through one's true nature.

11. I have real good reflexes when it comes to accidents or attacks.

12. I can tolerate pain and I get shadow pains constantly.

Psychic abilities have never been shown to be anything other than the figment of peoples imagination.I also think folks sometimes confuse perfectly natural abilities of the brain as being psychic or supernatural in some way.Course it doesn't hurt anyone if people believe in such things... until it comes to talking with dead folks.I absolutely detest such people who prey on vulnerable folks with their talking to spirits nonsense.My mother sometimes goes to those sorts of events.Really annoys me she is paying for a sadistic,evil persons lifestyle.

While I agree that there are multitudes of scam artists, there are many others ,in my opinion, that have the genuine ability. That is to say they have experienced it thier entire lives or discovered a they had the tendency and/or learned to strengthen it. As for it being legitimate scientifically, our own Government (CIA) has been testing and using many kinds of psychic methods for decades. Remote Viewing is probably the wildest one. It has been used for ways of getting information from opposing Governments, terrorists, etc. without putting lives in jeapordy. There is a scientist named Rupert Sheldrake that has done countless tests on telepathy to find it quite common in our daily lives. Sounds like science fiction or even hocus pocus but there is hard evidence out there. Gotta dig a bit, not exactly subject matter for mainstream media! As for those that prey on people's vulnerabilities, I feel it to be a cruel thing indeed.
