People don't get it. They think that if they want to make a point, they can do so not withstanding the potential impact and inconvenience on others.
Every Right in the Bill of Rights is subject to proper regulation.
1) Free Speech: You can't lie about people, that is call slander and liable.
2) Bear Arms: Government can require you to obtain a license or permit.
3) "No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war,
but in a manner to be
prescribed by law." Has an exception written right into the amendment.
4) Illegal Search and Seizure: There are so many exceptions to the warrant requirement it would take to long to list them all.
I think you get my drift without me having to go through all ten.
