An argument I use with friends and family is our states Rico laws.

They usually say "oh those are just for big criminal enterprises and such"

I usually pull up the FDLE website and show them big criminal enterprises such as a couple working together and repeatedly stealing from wal-mart. [sarcasm] Glad that hardcore criminal enterprise is off the streets and in prison for 15 years [/sarcasm] Not that I condone theft, but the state abuses that law heavily.

So if two people get caught talking about starting some kind of illegal business it's a conspiracy!

But we are to believe that our government could never be involved with in a conspiracy, that would be ludicrous!
