Couldn't find this posted anywhere else, so, here you go.

An Egyptian man has received a $250,000 payout from the FBI because of the way he was treated following the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks.

Something has to be wrong here... Surely the FBI would deal with someone who was talking crap about them?

Why did this one guy manage to get away without TPTB 'disposing' of him?

"He was entirely innocent and was coerced to the point where he confessed to participation in the crime of the century."

I'm glad he won his lawsuit. How many others aren't so fortunate!!

Ahhhhh yes, another corrupt lower court judge owned by the 9-11 perps.

I wonder if the pilot who owned the radio is also being railroaded by the 9-11 perps and their FBI hitmen.

Maybe he is not an Arab? Wrong color? No family to threaten?

He was freed in January 2002 after another hotel guest, a pilot, told hotel officials the radio belonged to him.

Mr Higazy's lawsuit against the FBI agent that questioned him was initially thrown out by a lower court judge but was reinstated in 2007 by the Court of Appeals in Manhattan.

When he was released he married an American and returned to Egypt, where he lives in Cairo and works at a school, according to his lawyer Jonathan Abady.

"He was entirely innocent and was coerced to the point where he confessed to participation in the crime of the century. Had the pilot not returned to retrieve the radio, he [Higazy] might still be in prison," Mr Abady said.

Certainly the FBI uses the exact same tactics with the eyewitnesses they bullied at the Pentagon attack simulation crime scene. How many people just shut their mouths and laid low after having their families threatened by the fabulous FBI? The bought and paid for Mainstream News Media certainly hasn't tried to seek any of them out has it?

NEW YORK — The FBI paid $250,000 this week to an Egyptian man detained when a pilot's aviation radio was found after the Sept. 11 attacks in his hotel room overlooking the World Trade Center, his lawyer said Thursday.

A judge approved the payment to Abdallah Higazy in July and the money was delivered this week, according to the lawyer, Jonathan S. Abady.

Higazy, 38, had sued the FBI, saying an FBI agent screamed at him, lied to him and threatened to endanger his family, leading him to offer several ways the radio got in his room and causing him to be unjustly criminally charged and imprisoned for 34 days.

Higazy, the son of an Egyptian diplomat, was charged with making false statements after a handheld pilot radio was found in a safe in the room where he stayed on Sept. 11. He was detained in December 2001 after he returned to reclaim his belongings from the hotel he had fled during the attacks.

He was freed in January 2002 after another hotel guest, a pilot, told hotel officials the radio belonged to him.
