This is the best candidate I could find using the limited info available. Seems to be two major roads leading to this dead-end facility. Also has a
road to the east leading to an area that appears to be a place where dump trucks unload. Kind of my best guess at this point, let me know what you
think.

Nice pic, but the US has announced that the facility is near the ancient city of Qum. Looking on Google Earth the most likely location is an
underground facility seen here

There are tunnels leading in to the moutain side and it's within an existing military location.
I might be wrong but this looks the most promising. Plus the google earth imagary has been recently updated....obviously at the request of some
organisation!!
