I was walking through my local mall today. Everyone is so rushed to get wherever they see is so important, like a deer in headlights, mouth agape, complete with utter paranoia. Is anyone else concerned with those who aren't awake? Even now I'm making smalltalk on an IM. Is this really what people think is existence? A building of barriers between ourselves? Fitting certain criteria for a hive-mind persona? I mean seriously....WTF? This is humanity today? Composed of "what's up"s and "not much"-es? I think the song "can't be saved" by Social Distortion couldn't put it clearer. How do we help these people? By falling into their "humanity" by cloaking our words and mystifying them until they become interested enough to catch a word or two? We might as well fight the tide! I apologize if it seems as if I'm complaining, but I have tears in my eyes as I watch them.....so lost. Will there ever be retribution? A justification of truth? Un-compromised? Can anyone relate to my frustration?

it's all about natural selection and the interference of humans in that. Not just for ourselves but everything on earth. The extinctions we have caused and I believe that something WILL happen to threaten our existance. Whether we survive or not is unknown...

I have a news flash for you OP.

You can't save everybody.

For a thoughtful and compassionate person this is a hard lesson to learn.

Do what you can then walk away.

There are going to be people that will never see the light. You have to learn when to let go of them.

I know it's difficult because I Want to save the world too.

NO matter how you try, you cannot wake them.

But do not fret.... we all reach the same destination, do not pity the ones who are on a slower pace, .... because at one time, that was all of us.

Let them do as they please, do not concern yourself with it, .... but focus on what matters most, You, and the ones you love.

Make the most of things here, the sheeple will do what they will, and at the end of the day simply become background characters in the story of our life.
