Alot of music out there still surprises me,
music which shows me the people i adore and look up to see what i see,
they assure me im not going crazy, they tell me something is wrong
and things need to change.

Who keeps you going,
and what lyrics inspire you to keep going,
to keep pushing against the elitist agenda,
to not give up, and to carry on against these "unseen" forces?

For me Jimi Hendrix in '1983 - A Merman i should turn to be', really is one of the most beautiful songs i have ever heard (i think it poo's on Stairway myself).
As shown in my sig, he talks of leaving the broken dead land of machines to the sea where he is free with his love.

But a song which always has me shouting the lyrics out is Dead Prez's - Hip-hop.
The lyrics can be called racist and anti-white, but i think its more anti establishment than anything.

The lyrics: "Who shot Biggie smalls? If we dont get them, theyre gonna get us all. Im down for running at them crackers up in city hall" bring it home for me, and god damn it has a crunkin bassline!
