So now Qaddafi is a so-called "birther", too?
Watch the America-haters here and in the MSM magically transform Qaddafi from a wise world leader into a nut-job right before your very eyes.
Libyan leader Moamer Gaddafi praised President Barack Obama on Wednesday for being the first black US leader. Personally, I don't care where he was born. His college records are the ones I want exposed.

Referencing Obama as "my son," Qaddafi said: "We are happy that a young African Kenyan was voted for and made president. Obama is a glimpse in the dark for the next four years, but I'm afraid we may go back to squar one.
"Can the U.S. guarantee after Obama that they'll be a government? We're happy and content if he can stay forever."

Fulbright Program
If you are a student from the U.S., the program is for study abroad and for foreign born students to study here in the U.S.
So, if obama had a Fulbright scholarship, he would have had to use it to study abroad if born here, or use it to study here if born somewhere else.
