I'm a big Spongebob fan and was a little disturbed to see an episode
from Spongebob about freemasonry.
Interesting was the initiation-ritual done with a moray(eel),at first
i thought it was a snake.
They say if you want to join the lodge you have to face your greatest fear.
They also didn't forget to implement the "Secret Handshake"
a little Strange for a kids Cartoon IMHO.
( I know!, a lot of adults look this series too.)
I also though maybe they just wanted to move it to the ridiculous
this whole masonic thing.
Its Episode 115b "Cephalopod Lodge" /Season 6
Story-Plot:
Youtube
(start best at approx 01:18min.)

O.K. its still funny, but i don't know what to make out of this to see such
issues in a childrens cartoon series.
What do you think about this.., tell me?

And let's not forget the Simpsons Episode with The Stonecutters ("Homer the Great" S06, E12).

Or the Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes Lodge No. 26 and their Grand Poobah in The Flintstones.

Or that Howard Cunningham on Happy Days was the Grand Poobah of Leopard Lodge No. 462.

Or the long list of Fictional Fraternities making light of Freemasonry at www.freemasonry.bcy.ca...

The purpose of Pop Culture isn't to initiate our children. Pop Culture makes light and fun of things that are already commonplace or popular. If anything it should be the Freemasons, not the Anti-Masons, upset that Sponge-Bob was making fun of Freemasonry...but I suspect they'd all be laughing along with their kids rather than be bothered by it.

I don't watch it but I think it's on the Nickelodeon channel? Here is another example of Nickelodeon showing these sorts of things:

I don't know enough about the meaning behind it all to say whether I believe it's some type of subliminal programming, but there is a lot of this stuff around.
