Something odd.

I was curious about something.

I joined ATS 11 days ago, and have achieved my 20 post count, therefore I am able to post this thread. Yet mysteriously, my profile said I had one thread even though I have not been able to, and haven't posted a thread until just now.

Of course, this isn't anything really wrong. I just noticed this yesterday when I looked at my profile to check my post count and it said I had 1 thread.... weird.

Hee hee. Now it says I have 2 when this is my only one. Is this explainable?

You entered a comment on your extended profile page. I believe that counts as a post. It happened to me when I joined too. That's my guess.

Works for me.

I tried deleting the comment, but it still says I have 2 threads. IDk if that would work or not, though.

I guess the whole 20 posts thing confused me. Now that you mentioned it, it seems obvious.

Indeed. A "thread" is started for your profile comments once you make your first comment. Even though you deleted the comment, the "thread" still exists.
