i think you'll come around when you realize that there's no need for an economy at all...

sure, there'd have to be something in its place like a bartering system, but why shouldn't each individual on this planet have the right to share anything and everything?? the answer? greed and selfishness - both are forms of fear.

once this planet learns that life is about Service-To-Others, and NOT Service-To-Self, then we'll finally start to truly evolve spiritually into humble, wise, grateful, loving intelligent beings! ...not the "modern" cavemen that we currently are, who is at the equivalent of the adolescent stage of being, where spending this paper money for selfish reasons to buy big-kids toys to brag about to others seems to be all there is to aspire to in life...

i'm tempted to go off on a tangent to talk about how fossil fuels are for primitive cavemen, and how Tesla discovered true free energy over 100 years ago, but i'll try to keep this on topic, at least somewhat...

seeing some more comments, its clear that you just like the dishonest scheme that is going on and want to see it continue, for whatever reasons. Sure, fixing things that have been a disaster and cesspool for a century do indeed suck. But its better to fix it, than close your eyes and hope the next rape isnt the one that leaves your anus bleeding your life away. What a way to live.

No, sorry to say, it is just that I am smarter than you are, and you are being fed information that makes you look "smart" to this message board, while in reality its not smart.

Im not being mean, but you are off base, and if you want to start calling me out you better have a whole hell of a lot to back it up with because I do.

Let me ask you. Do you want to be a slave to the system all your life, and also the lives of your future generations? The Fed is just the start of things to be dropped. The next on the list is the Dems and Repubs. Both sides are crooked, and believe me, they will not last much longer when enough people open their eyes up to see it.

I would rather live like my family did during the depression when there was no money to be had then to live as a slave to taxes and interest rates.

I do not feel I am a slave to anything.

I try to understand the game, and then profit off of it.

Ending the USA and starting over while millions die from disease and famine is not what I would like to be known for.

WTF? Being a pompous ass who is in on "the game" makes you smarter? Wow...you should be the poster boy for everything wrong with this country. I could write you a book on the economy, but whats the point? You like the rapings, because you get your little piece of squirming flesh every now and again. Just be careful how arrogant you get; everyone gets what is coming to them, one way or another, and from our brief discourse, seems like you have a LOT coming to you.

For all your being smarter, hm, all you've said is that lies and corruption are better, because you can feed off of it, while honesty would destroy your easy money. That's your argument, so far. To paraphrase then, would that be that I'm less intelligent and make less than you, because I'm stupid enough to not be in on the corruption? Sickening. The world use to know something called honor. And something called shame. You clearly have neither.

Who gives a fat rats behind about corps and world markets. What about the small business market? They are the ones who create most of the jobs that are out there, not big business. It`s the little people who get stepped on in the world you want.

Thanks, you just made my point. You're happy to feed off of the raping and corruption, to suck your blood and have your hot piece of squirming flesh, than to suffer through what is needed to give honor, justice, and liberty back to this country. The new American way. Wealth through dishonor and injustice.

I do not know what to say anymore.

Apparently you have written your thesis on fiscal policy and could write "x" amt. of books on the economy.

It sure does not sound like it though.

If it were up to you.. what would be your next step?

Crash the markets and the FED, and then just "start over".

Then, please, go into very fine detail "starting over", or perhaps I will just wait for your next book? Or maybe I will just wait for your next LP to drop on vinyl, you could sell millions with your inspirational lyrics.

Sure you wouldn`t. Because it`s people who walk in your shoes that take and take from the little people and make your so called "profits", while the little people continue to go without.

So you are willing to cause 90% unemployment just so we can open up the books and say hey look - ben did talk to BOA CEO on this date!!

Yes. Exactly. It will be rough but these crooks need to go the way of the Dodo bird. They are in the process of crashing the damned economy anyway, might as well get it started so we can try and rebuild.

If you think I would enjoy it, you are wrong. I've already been out of work since just before Christmas, lost my apartment(and got taken to court for that and am unable to pay it off), haven't worked in almost a year because there are almost no jobs here where I had to move(or become homeless, not much of a choice) and I am in debt up to my ears from trying to keep a old car running that eventually blew up on me. If it's going to happen because we, possibly, have a chance to take the crooks out of the money-go-round, then I am all for it.

It's not a free market if it's manipulated by thieves, liars and crooks for their own gain and that has been happening since long before we were born.

Now, did ANYTHING actually come out of all this? Or are we still spinning our wheels?

You said, or someone did, that we did not produce anything. I have proved that incorrectly. Now we are talking about small business?

This is getting out of hand, this will be my last post on this thread (hooray!
) but some of you guys need to take a step back into reality... Ive eaten a handful of sugar cubes from a phish pre-show parking lot and still been more in touch with reality it seems than some of your associations with me and burning flesh etc. down the line

Ok, I'll explain again.

1. Audit Fed

2. Reveal what cards we are holding and why

3. Russia hears this

4. China hears this

5. Russia and China short the hell out of our long term positions

6. We just lost our ass

7. ATS is now bitching about how public and congress has too much oversight of economic policies

8. Rinse and repeat.

My two cents (which may not be worth two cents by the time this posts, anyway)

Russia and China already know what cards we in the US are holding.

In fact, Russia told China what cards to deal to us (which is why China startred buying up as much of our debt as it has).

Russia and China have been aiming at our long term positions for the last 10-15 years, while we've been primarily concerned with our short-term bottom lines.

Russia made the rope, China made the rope into a noose, then sold it to us for cheap; and we gladly stuck our collective financial necks in it, while they pulled it tight!

You're darned right about us losing our ass.

Question is, will we also lose our nation?

Remember the Golden Rule: Them that's got the Gold gets to make the Rules.

Like I figured, people that walk in your shoes don`t care about the little business people. Only the big corps count in that world. I say to bad if the big ones go under.

See, there's that arrogant pseudo-intellectual coming out in you again. Because I disagree with you, I must know nothing. Even though you have no idea who I am, or what education I have. Newsflash, there are a multitude of economic systems other than those you adhere to (and, judging from your reply, gone to university for.) Keynesian economics are basically a crime against humanity, based upon the concept that those with the money need to control the money to make more money. Oh, I know, there's plenty of circular talk to justify it, but it amounts to a policy of market manipulation to keep the people at the top, on the top, and use the rest of the population as what amounts to slaves. Well, at least, that is the only way such policies are or will ever be instituted in the real world. Sort of like communism and socialism; open invitations to corruption and exploitation of lower classes, when a free market with solid currency could, (and previously HAS) yielded a classless system. But what's that? You'd have to give up your easy money for that? Give up raping those ill-educated proles, with their fanciful ideas of honor and liberty? Can't be having that!

My bad, I thought you and your superior intellect might understand metaphors. Obviously I'm too inferior to your intellect to illustrate my point in a way that goes right over your arrogant blimp of a head.

Sorry about that. I got a little fed up with seeing someone who personifies the very thing that this bill is a part of fighting, hanging around here and insulting everyone else for being "too stupid" to be a dishonorable leech like him. Thanks for sort of prodding us back.

Any hopes for this making a difference? I don't think it will. I don't think those at the top are going to give up their system of theft for anything short of blood. Historically, they never have.
